Na de fijne workshop op 9 Okt. “HB en opvoeden” mochten we al kennismaken met Mariët – en vandaag is ze opnieuw bij ons!
Mariët van “HB Babbelbus” is specialist hoogbegaafdheid en moeder van 3 jonge (zeer) hoogbegaafde kinderen. Vanuit haar expertise op het gebied van hoogbegaafdheid begeleid en adviseert zij ouders en kinderen bij alle uitdagingen waar zij mee te maken hebben (website: hb-babbelbus.nl).
Dit keer rondom hetzelfde thema opvoeden, maar in een heel andere setting:
lekker informeel, bij Papa’s Pannenkoek, met tussendoor volop speelplezier voor de kinderen 🥞💬🎈
Een mooie kans om verder te praten, ervaringen uit te wisselen en gewoon even te genieten van samen zijn.

After the fine workshop on Oct. 9 “HB en opvoeden,” we already got to meet Mariët – and today she is with us again!
Mariët of “HB Babbelbus” is a giftedness specialist and mother of 3 young (very) gifted children. From her expertise in the field of giftedness she guides and advises parents and children in all the challenges they face.
This time around the same theme of parenting, but in a completely different setting:
nice and informal, at Papa’s Pannenkoek, with plenty of fun for the children to play with in between.
A great opportunity to talk further, exchange experiences and just enjoy being together.

Mariët describes her workshop this way:
‘If your child wants to do it all by himself’.
As a parent of a young, (presumably) gifted child, you often face challenges. Your child already feels very grown up and wants to do many things his or her own way. And that may not always be your way. Young children can already have a strong will of their own and if they are gifted, autonomy also plays an important role. As parents, how do you properly deal with this craving for freedom and control? And when is it important to say “no” and guard the boundary? During “koffie en kids” we will discuss the small and large dilemmas we as parents can face in raising our fun, quirky and intense children with their strong will.
