De komst van een kind verandert alles. Ook je relatie.
Waar er eerst tijd en aandacht was voor elkaar, draait het nu vaak om zorgen, regelen en doorgaan. Gesprekken gaan sneller over praktische dingen dan over hoe het écht met je gaat. En momenten samen zijn minder vanzelfsprekend geworden.
Misschien voel je dat jullie wat verder uit elkaar zijn gegroeid. Of dat je elkaar soms minder goed begrijpt. Dat de verbinding anders is geworden en dat je daar ergens naar verlangt, maar niet altijd weet hoe.
En tegelijk is daar ook de liefde. De basis die er nog steeds is, maar soms wat verstopt raakt onder alles wat het ouderschap met zich meebrengt.
Deze Moms Connect ochtend staat in het teken van de relatie met je partner sinds het ouderschap.
In een kleine, warme en veilige groep creëren we ruimte om hier eerlijk bij stil te staan. Voor alles wat er is: de liefde, de irritaties, het gemis, de verbinding en alles daartussenin. Zonder oordeel, zonder dat het perfect hoeft te zijn.
Een moment om stil te staan bij jullie als partners en bij wat jij nodig hebt binnen die relatie.
Je hoeft het niet alleen te doen.

Where there was once time and attention for each other, life now often revolves around caring, organizing, and simply getting through the day. Conversations tend to be more about practical things than about how you’re really doing. And spending time together is no longer something that just happens naturally.
Maybe you feel like you’ve grown a bit apart. Or that you don’t always understand each other the way you used to. That the connection has changed — and that you long for it, but don’t always know how to find your way back.
And at the same time, the love is still there. The foundation you built together hasn’t disappeared, but it can sometimes feel hidden underneath everything that comes with parenthood.
This Moms Connect morning is all about your relationship with your partner since becoming parents.
In a small, warm, and safe group, we create space to reflect on this honestly. For everything that’s there: the love, the frustrations, the distance, the connection — and everything in between. Without judgment, and without needing things to be perfect.
A moment to pause and reflect on your relationship — and on what you need within it.
